I have acne rosacea. I have had medicines several times which helped, but it always comes back and flares up. I have found taking Vitamin C 500g a day seems to help, maybe it is boosting my immune system to fight the infection? Has anything helped your skin?

I am glad that you have improved, but suspect it is coincidental to your Vitamin C consumption, which will have had no effect. The standard management is metronidazole gel, but sometimes oral antibiotics are useful as in acne vulgaris.
