Acne rosacea is different for every person. You first have to be diagnosed, then find your “triggers”. These are foods or other substances that make your acne inflame. The process can be time consuming and difficult, but once you find your triggers, its just a matter of avoiding them. Common triggers are stress, alcohol, caffeine, tree nuts, citrus, excessive sunlight, harsh cleansers, perfumes.
Good luck and hurry, untreated rosacea gets worse as you get older. I should know, I have rosacea.
